35 things to remember when you're feeling sad.

Whenever you are feeling sad,mad,depressed or just upset, here are the 35 things you should remember. I bet this will put you in a better mood!



1. You are not alone.

2. I'm here for you.

3. There is always going to be somebody that loves you.

4. Everything has to have an end.

5. This is the most peaceful time there has ever been.

6. You are enough.

7. Flowers exist.

8. Sunshine exists.

9. This world is too beautiful for you to not see it.

10. Change is always around the corner.

11. The people you compare yourselves yo compare themselves to other people too.

12. It's okay to be sad.

13. Tears aren't a sign of weakness.

14. There is more right with you than wrong with you.

15. It's okay to ask for help.

16. You can't hate your way into loving yourself.

17. practice what you preach.

18. Faking being happy is exhausting.

19. There is always someone to talk to.

20. Gummy bears always help.

21. So does chocolate.

22. Let it all out.

23. But remember to let it all in.

24. You've been knocked down before and you've lived to tell the tale.

25. One day this will only be a memory.

26. The long way is the most rewarding.

27. Failure is the best motivator.

28. There are still books and books of things you want to do.

29. you could just run. 

30. Or just sit.
